Many commands in RunBasic require the use of a quoted string, which itself contains other quoted strings. CSS, HTML, and SQLite queries for example. This often requires the use of double quotes for the inner string.

html "<img src=""mypicture.jpg"" alt=""my holiday snap"" />"

If you find this hard to read, then in most instances you can replace the sets of double quotation marks with single apostrophy marks , like so:-

html "<img src='mypicture.jpg' alt='my holiday snap' />"

So long as the outer string is in quotation marks the apostrophy marks will not be interpreted as rem commands.
